We only collect information you choose to give us through the website’s forms:

• Contact form — your name, email address, optional phone number and your message, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Share a memory — your name, optional email and the memory you submit, so the committee can review and (with care) feature it on the site.

How we use it

Contact details are used solely to reply to you and to administer the org. Submissions are emailed to organisation committee members and stored securely. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is an essential, secure session cookie used to keep you signed in to the members’ area after you enter the organisation password. It is removed when you sign out.

Photographs

The gallery contains photographs from organisation events spanning many years. If you would like a photograph of you or a family member removed, please contact us and we will do so.
